Discover the finest flavours of Waterford with our box of 16 Waterford Selection chocolates. This carefully curated collection showcases four distinctive chocolates that celebrate the very best of local ingredients and artisan craftsmanship. Each piece tells a story of our region’s rich culinary heritage as well as the iconic images of Ardmore Artist Bridget Shelly’s famous cow paintings.

Inspired by our Waterford roots, the Rural Collection pairs a distinctive cow artwork sleeve with 16 handcrafted chocolates. A finalist in the 2026 Blas na hÉireann awards, the box contains four pieces of each flavour:

Cherry Berry Liquorice pairs milk chocolate with vibrant cherry berry gel and smooth liquorice caramel.

Espresso Hazelnut brings together dark chocolate, espresso gel and ganache, finished with cocoa nib crunch.

Blackcurrant Cassis combines milk chocolate with bright blackcurrant gel and silky cassis ganache.

Blackberry Cheesecake features white chocolate, blackberry gel and white chocolate cream cheese ganache over a biscuit crunch base.

Handcrafted in small batches by CocoabyJudit in Co. Waterford, the Rural Collection makes a distinctive gift and a delicious selection to share.

The outer sleeve can be framed as a small memento of Waterford.
