Shipping & Returns

At CocoabyJudit, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every box of our hand-painted chocolates. As our products are perishable and made in small batches, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a packaging or quality issue. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  Email info@cocoabyjudit.ie with:

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will do our best to make it right, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders within 24 hours when products are in stock.
• If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with the next available shipping date.
• Shipping within Ireland is a flat rate of €7 per order and is delivered by AnPost.
• Click & Collect is available at no charge locally here in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford.

You can also find our chocolates at local retailers – see our Locations page to find a stockist near you. Please note, items bought in a retail store are exempted from returns.
