Welcome to CocoabyJudit. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products online. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Products

CocoabyJudit creates hand-painted chocolates in small batches. Product availability may vary based on stock and seasonal production. Images on our website are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly due to their handcrafted nature.

2. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are processed via our online store using WooCommerce.
• We accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure digital payment methods.
• All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
  
  

3. Shipping

• We ship within Ireland at a flat rate of €7.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, provided products are in stock.
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with the next available shipping date.
• Click & Collect is available free of charge.
• You can also purchase our products in select local stores — visit our Locations page to find your nearest stockist.
  
  

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please email info@cocoabyjudit.ie within 48 hours with a description and photos, and we will assist you directly.

5. Gift Orders

If your item was a gift and there is a quality issue, we are happy to assist if you have any quality concerns. Please provide order details and photos when contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product names, photos, and text — is the property of CocoabyJudit and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Privacy
